Designed and assembled in Los Angeles with controlled processes: interferometer-verified endfaces, low-loss ferrules, and documented workmanship. Tight routing, clean signal, repeatable performance.

    Endface geometry & polish inspected; insertion/return loss tested per lot. Worksteps signed off at each station.

  • Component Traceability

    Unit serials link fiber type, ferrule batch, cure lot, and test results to every assembly.

  • On-Shore Manufacturing

    Built in Los Angeles for short lead times, secure handling, and rapid design turns.

Built to Your Airframe

Fiber Type

Single-mode OS2 (G.657.A2 bend-insensitive) for long-range links; Multimode OM3/OM4 on request. Typical attenuation ~0.35 dB/km @1310 nm, ~0.25 dB/km @1550 nm.

Cable Diameter

0.25 mm tight-buffer (ultralight) or 1.0–1.5 mm ruggedized jacket. Aramid (Kevlar®) strength members for tensile robustness with minimal mass.

Connector Systems

SN® / CS® (VSFF) or LC (UPC/APC). SN/CS are compact and support 1.6–2.0 mm round cables for tight routing.

Bend Radius

Designed around ~7.5 mm nominal bend radius (G.657.A2) — route through cramped bays without compromising loss.

Length & Labeling

Cut-to-length up to 25 km. Unit serialization and port labeling standard; QR links to test data optional.

Housings & Jackets

Carbon-fiber backshells/strain reliefs; TPU/FEP jackets; rugged boot options. Environmental sealing and dust caps available.

Optical Performance

Low-loss terminations using Grade-B components; every lot insertion/return-loss tested and recorded.

Turn & Scale

Pilot lots now; production ramp in progress. Consistent build recipes and documented inspections.
